I have a number of drop down menu questions on my booking form, in this case body areas to receive treatment
It was always possible to select “Please Choose” to clear the selection
Now “Please Choose” appears twice and is greyed out. Once a selection has been made you can’t go back.
Never used to be like this, can we get a fix please

Tried deleting all the questions and then reinstalling them from scratch in case it was a version number thing, but still broken
@Highland The duplicate please select potentially is a Safari display bug. We have a ticket with the development team to dig into this. This type of fix is done whenever there is available bandwidth.
Checking on your page, one option could be to setup the different Appointment Types by the area that someone needs work done. You could group them by body region (Head: Face/Neck, Head: Top Lip etc) for easier selection and each one could increase the price and the duration of the overall session. This may be off base for your workflow, but if you want to check out what that could look like, let me know.

You’re right, it’s a Safari issue! Just checked it on Chrome and it works correctly like it always has. Sorry, I should have probably checked that before reaching out.
My customers have all sorts of different combinations of body areas and so creating more booking profiles wouldn’t really solve this issue. We will look forward to some kind of fix from you or possibly Apple in the future, and in the meantime use another browser tech to access your pages.

You could set everything up for one booking page. This would allow your booker to choose the areas, then the price and duration get added up together for their total session time and cost. Only a suggestion.
I’m interested, but I confess I can’t visualise how we would do that, can you help me with it?
