False Mandatory Field

Hello again,
We’re receiving a false positive on one of our fields.
Our team is forced to enter a home phone although the field is not mandatory.

We have a {mobile phone} field and a {home phone} field.
While the mobile phone field is a mandatory, the home phone field is not mandatory.

(I’ve tried going into settings, checking and unchecking the mandatory checkbox for the home phone field but nothing works)

Please help!

@dinodxynez sorry for the issue and delay here. The development team rolled back and update and the phone field should be working as expected. Let me know if that is not the case.

Hello @Ben , my response is incredibly delayed, apologies. I just wanted to let you know that, yes, we’re no longer forced to enter a data in a field that is not mandatory. Best and thanks!
