Include {UNITS} in Stripe Description

Hi, I am trying to include the number of units purchased (short hand code {UNITS}) in the ‘Stripe Description’ so this shows on the customer invoice.

I have used the shorthand code {UNITS} but this appears as the string {UNITS} rather than the value.

‘Experience booking with {EMAIL} x{UNITS}, {START} [ref:{REF}]’

Am I doing something wrong or is this short hand code not usable in this field? Or has anyone a work around please.

@Robert How you have things configured is correct and the {UNITS} Shorthand code should be coming through. I will send you a direct message to get more information and dig into this.
