I have been getting emails from people who are trying to make appointments with me that there is something wrong. When I log on to youcanbookme, I get a message that says I do not have a calendar linked to youcanbookme. I then click the calendar that is supposed to be linked (my outlook calendar) and then people can make appointments. But the same problem repeats, seemingly on a daily basis. I’ve been using youcanbookme for almost two years and never had this problem before.
@cberheide apologies on the delay with a response and the issue you are seeing. There could be a security setting at play here which is not validating the connection to your calendar. You can attempt to re-integrate here: https://app.youcanbook.me/#/account/integrations
Choose your Outlook calendar and the drop down and click on re-authorize.
