Page Not Found error

I just was notified by a 1:1 client of mine that when they tried to book and they put in their payment, they clicked “submit” and they were brought to an error page and I wasn’t notified until she contacted me.

So, I tested it, acted as though I was a new client trying to purchase a coaching call, put in my info, entered my payment info, hit “submit” and was brought to the same error page.

From my test purchase, I also don’t see anything in my bank statement about YouCanBookMe taking the payment.

Everything looks set up on my end, but am I missing something? And why are clients getting the error page. Screenshot of the error message attached.
