We just started seeing an issue where when we pass PHONE=1234567890 we aren’t seeing that in the customers form. Is there a different way we need to start passing phone?
@jacob-kramer Thank you for letting us know. Yes, something has changed, how you have it should be working. I am having the team investigate this closer. I will update you once I have more information.
@jacob-kramer can you test with adding a + before the number? I tested this and it wasn’t working, had one of our developers check it out. Now it is working for me.
do I need to pass a prefix for +1 to the number?
Yes, we had to make some changes to SMS verification (double opt-in). Need to pass in +1. Give that shot and let know if you still see problems.
