Reschedule email

Bonjour,

I dont know how to remove the YCBM image logo from a Notification email If booking rescheduled by the booker. (see image below)

Hi JB, Any email that is sent from notifications@youcanbook.me will have the YCBM logo included. If you adjust the from email then the logo will be removed. Keep in mind if you are sending the logo to someone at the same domain the logo will still be visible, as we treat that as an internal notification.
