Reschedule email

Bonjour,

I dont know how to remove the YCBM image logo from a Notification email If booking rescheduled by the booker. (see image below)

Hi JB, Any email that is sent from notifications@youcanbook.me will have the YCBM logo included. If you adjust the from email then the logo will be removed. Keep in mind if you are sending the logo to someone at the same domain the logo will still be visible, as we treat that as an internal notification.

Is this solution not valid with the shipment to several recipients?

@SAT-ATC anytime there are multiple custom emails we treat that as an internal communication so our logo will be in place. To get around this create a separate email that will be triggered into your helpdesk.

Will there be an option to hide YCBM logo in “internal communications”? we really need this option.

Hi @David yes this is on our radar to build out a feature to remove our branding from all emails. I don’t have a timeframe, but it is something our design team is scoping out.
