Hi Team,
In the booking report, there’s a “Rescheduled” column indicating if a request was rescheduled. We’re looking to track additional historic information like the previous scheduled time and when the reschedule occurred from the booker’s end. This will help us understand rescheduling patterns and behavior. How can we do this from the csv download of the bookings?

@thanya.reddy great point on this. I have talked with the team and we will include this in our update to the bookings dashboard. Right now as you have seen we are not recording the original booking date. Other improvements we are thinking is adding more context into the booking details (location, reschedule information, etc) and allowing you to control what form fields are exported.
