Reset Link Not Working

Hello,
I am trying to reset my password for my business to continue making appointments but every time I click “forgot password” and give my email, it never sends me a reset link. May someone please help me? My email is e*****k@greystar.com
For some reason I’m able to get in the forum but not my booking page.
