Password Reset says its sending email but not being received

Apparently forgot password…reset request is not resulting in an email. Help please.

Hi there - we aren’t showing an account under the email you used to sign up for the forum. It may be that the email you’re using in the reset password isn’t associated with an account. Feel free to message me your booking page link and we can tell you what email your account is associated with.

I was mistaken on how I set this up…just figured it out that it was with my Microsoft email. Thanks for your prompt reply.
