I am unable to login to my account. Keep getting a message saying that the email is not valid. It has not changed and is the same one that my booking notifications have been going to as recently as last week. How do I remedy the issue?
Sorry on the delay with getting back to you and for the issues logging in. I do not see an account under the email you used for the forum. I do see an account under a different email address. I will send you a message through that email to help you get access.

Hi @makiko Sorry on the delay I will reach out to you via email to help. The big things to check is that a password keeper is not filling in a different password. Also running through a password reset may help, that is on our login screen.
