SPF Record Setup Help

Hello,

How are the e-mails sent out? I want to add it to my SPF record to help ensure e-mails are delivered.

For example, my previous platform used sendgrid, so my SPF record is as follows:

v=spf1 include:sendgrid.net ~all

I am unable to use my gmail account as listed in the instructions provided by you all.
