Subscription Ending Soon - Need updates

Hi, my subscription is ending in around a week, and I need to re-subscribe or change my plans. I need to make changes in my YCBM site, please advise.

Previously, I have 2 team member and you can either choose team member A/B, set your schedule, and done. Each has their own calendar, so it’s like 2 separate booking link into one. I was subscribed to “Legacy Subscription”? I don’t know, it says i need 2 legacy subscription. Was this correct? for the past year i have been billed for 2 legacy subscription.

Now, I want it to be this way :
Clients may choose between package 1, package 2, package 3.
after choosing the package, they may choose team members A or B. Here’s the problem:
Team member A only can do package 1 & 2, and member B only can do package 2 & 3. They can’t both do all 3 packages because of their qualifications.

Please help me and advice me on

  1. What subscription should I renew, and how?
  2. Was my subscription correct or was it overcharged?
  3. How can I do the new site I wanted, where team A & B only can do a few packages out of all? Or is it impossible?

@mnatasya If you have Team Members connected and you want them to have access then our Teams tier will be the one you will want to be on. Otherwise you can explore our Professional tier if you want to integrate and connect those calendars yourself. You have been billed with two calendar connections, under our legacy pricing, so you were not over charged.

Your setup right now would need to have different pages for the different packages, then turn on Teams and connect the calendars for each of them.

In the near future (later this year hopefully) you will be able to connect Team Members to different Appointment Types.

I see. So I would need to make a few packages for several packages. And the subscription is the same as it is, correct?

Yes, you should be able to accomplish everything you need on the current subscription you are on.
