Team Issue. free slot is not displayed

I want to use YCBM for my team. It consists of 4 members. So far so good.

Member 1 has now entered e.g. from Monday 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Member 2 on Monday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

In other words, both have time and can be booked.

The time is displayed correctly, if an appointment is now booked from 12-1 p.m., then the appointment is no longer displayed on YCBM, although only member 1 has a customer and not member 2.

We can set it up so that the appointment is still displayed and Member 2 can still get a booking.

@izokarma welcome to the Forum. It looks like your team members are connected to the same calendar. When you edit the page settings you can adjust this calendar here:

If you don’t see your team members calendar you need to invite them to join from the Team Management menu, the main account owner or an administrator will need to do this.
