Time Zone Clarification

We use YCBM to schedule in-person appointments. We’ve run into instances where people book their appointments from different time zones and schedule their appointments at the wrong time. The form seems to accurately detect the time zone of the user making the booking and shows the appointment times adjusted for the local time zone, but that’s not obvious to the user. For example, a user is in California on Friday and wants to schedule their in-person appointment for Monday in Vermont. They assume that because we’re physically in Vermont that the booking times shown are Eastern Time, but they wind up scheduling an appointment three hours later than they’ve intended. We’d prefer to lock the form to Eastern Time regardless of where it’s completed.
