Unable to resume my subscription

I Am trying to renew my subscription as an urgent matter has come up within my company, however, whenever I click renew, the page just times out.


Can someone please reach out to me to have this resolved.


@wesley.talbott I am sorry you hit this issue. Our team is investigating the errors with pausing and un pausing subscriptions. In the interim I have added a free calendar to your account so you should be able to continue working.

@wesley.talbott things should be working now for unpausing and upgrading. There was an update running behind the scenes which is finished.
