Want to send confirmation email to additional recipient

In addition to the booker and the provider, I want to send a confirmation email to another person, selected during the booking process by the booker himself.

Use case: student needs extended time to take Mr Smith’s test. Student books time with proctor. Student gets email, Proctor gets email, I want Mr Smith to ALSO get email. Student is responsible for selecting Mr Smith’s name/email address in answer to a booking question. Is there any way to make this happen?

For this you would need to have a form field on your booking form to ask for the additional person’s email address.

Then within the notifications workflow you can create a new email to be sent to {TEACHER}:
