Send reschedule emails to bookers

Quick tip: If your clients aren’t getting a confirmation of a rescheduled appointment, there’s one area in your Notifications and workflow settings that you should check.

Clicking the plus symbol in the “By the booker” notification section will let you set up another notification, to go to the booker, when you reschedule the booking.

Add the action type “email” and customize the email to the booker as you wish, but make sure you’re using the email shorthand code from your booking form (generally {EMAIL}) as the recipient. In the drop down selector, it will appear as “Booker’s email”

This will ensure the email is addressed and delivered to the booker.

While you’re at it, it’s worth checking that the emails you send to the booker when the booker reschedules the appointment are set as you like.
