Hi, is there a retry policy in place for webhooks? What happens if the webhook integration, say, returns a 400 error? A 500 error?
Hi @caseyo welcome to the Forum! As of now we do not have a webhook retry policy in place. I will talk with the development team to see what we can do. In the future we will have a way to retry actions on bookings manually, but I can see the power in having this done automatically.
