I was troubleshooting some availability issues and noticed inconsistencies after reviewing busy, declined, and trashed events. To isolate the problem, I turned off all calendars and re-enabled them one at a time. I’ve now traced the issue to my Fastmail calendar.
It appears that an all-day event scheduled for the day after my intended availability is incorrectly marking part of the previous day—when I should be available—as busy. I’ve seen a similar issue before, where an all-day event on the same day didn’t block off the evening as expected.
Both Fastmail and YCBM are set to the same time zone, so I don’t believe this is a mismatch issue.

@gabeanzelini thank you for reaching out. Testing my Fastmail, I can add an all day event and mark it as Busy, and it is showing correctly blocked on YCBM in real time
