Availability is not syncing correctly

I have my availability set from 8am to 7pm. However no matter how I set the availability in my calendar I can’t get any slots open up later than 4:30pm

@Cfialexmay sorry on the delay here. I have extended your trial out for a few more weeks. Also sorry for the snag with your availability. You may have gotten things sorted as I am seeing time appear for after 4:30pm.

With our Calendar Managed Availability feature the system is looking on your connected calendar for events with the specific title that are marked as free: Available for bookings

If you have any busy events (even all day event marked as busy), declined events, or the placeholder is not set to free this will impact your availability.
