I can’t seem to find an answer to this question anywhere.
If a client uses their Stripe coupon code to schedule a class from a package of bookings and they cancel that class at future point, does the class return to the package automatically (with no action required by an admin) or does it require manual adjustment by an admin?
Just to be clear, would this be how it goes?
-Bob bought a package of 5 classes.
-Bob scheduled all 5 classes.
-Therefore Bob’s package total is now 0.
-However, Bob canceled one of his future classes within the permitted timeframe.
-The class automatically returned to Bob’s package.
-Therefore Bob’s package total is now 1.
Sorry to sound ridiculous but you have no idea how much wasted time and effort I’ve spent sourcing and using companies with this question being dodged only for me to find out later that I was paying a lot of money to do a lot manual account management myself.
