Changing the confirmation email doesn't work


Hello, I have modified the composition of the message sent to the customer by email after his reservation. However, when I do a simulation, I see that the modification made is not taken into account in the email, but that there is an attachment with which I cannot open. What’s the problem ? How to do ? Thank you

Chances are you may be referring to the email that is sent from Microsoft to confirm adding the event to the booker’s calendar. This may have an .ics file attached to allow folks to download the email. One option is to delete the confirmation from our system and then copy the content to add to your calendar event.
