We would like to create a mix of appointment time slots and drop-in times on the same calendar. Is that possible? If the drop-in times don’t show up on the booking page, people might not realize they’re available.

Hi Marianne, you may want to explore using the teams feature ( Use Teams feature for each appointment type you offer) You can have a calendar setup just for your normal appointments, and then a different calendar for drop ins. Both can have different and independent availability. I may be off base for what you are looking for.
