Email confirmation not mobile responsive

After a user books an appointment the email that is received is not mobile friendly. On my 13" macbook I have to scroll left/right to view the entire email content.

It looks great in the settings for the booking page. Why would this happen. Is our image too large and making the entire content extend past the margins?

Note: the confirmation that I get with information about the user who booked the appointment looks great.

in your email confirmation any images you add will be displayed at the raw file size. You can upload a smaller version of the image to be appropriate for smaller screens. 600px to 650px is the best image size for email.
