I would send appointment requests to our customer for date/time I preselected.
Then the customers shoulds get a mail or SMS where the should confirm or decline my proposal.
In the calendar should my proposal blocked until the customers gives me green light for the appointment.
@Tinu welcome to the Forum! We do not have this option to allow a customer/booker to confirm the appointment, but it is a great idea. I will get this recorded as a feature request and share it with the team.
Any other context or feedback on how you would like this to work in an ideal scenario/?
