I have my bookings set so that they can only be booked at least 6 hours ahead so that i can make plans for the day and avoid early morning appointments that are too sudden. But a lot of the times I am free. If someone contacts me directly I want to be able to take the appointment but I am not able to put it in because it is already within the set 6 hours. How can I have the ability to book appointments starting within 6 hours from my side only without that option being available to clients?
@yukon all availability settings are setup page wide. One option is to keep the current page customer or client facing, then create another page with adjusted availability that is your admin or internal page. On this second page you can even setup a password and adjust the minimum booking notice to be 0 minutes.
Thank you for the work-around. I have set up another calendar as per your suggestion. However I am unable to reschedule a client on to a different calendar. eg.) Someone is scheduled for 3pm but they want to change to 2pm but it is already 12 noon and I need to go the new calendar because it’s already in the buffered time. I can only select times within that same calendar that the client booked from and not the new calendar. I need to input all their detailed in from the start.
Is there a way I can reschedule on to a different calendar or override the availability calendar from the admin side only?
