I would love to see a separate window of opportunity for reschedule than booking. Currently, I have a no-book window of 3 hours - I would like to be able to have a client reschedule without intervention by me up to 1 hour prior to the appointment time.

Just to clarify here, you are looking for a way to allow Reschedules to be in a smaller notice window to allow them to reschedule with you for within the next hour or further? Essentially like an override?
More or less - I’d like two options there rather than one:
Min. Booking Notice: x
Min Reschedule Notice: y
If y isn’t set, then use x for compatibility.
