Lost login information

We have a situation where a client’s receptionist had a log-in password/account to your scheduler, and was booking patient appointments on it in November 2019. She left his employment shortly afterward, and her account/password were deleted. Is there some way recover the account and still access the calendar and look at appointments she scheduled in November?
If so what is the process and what information do I need to provide?
