Hi. Is there a way to have multiple conditions? For example, if a booker books an in-person appointment on Friday, they have to get a very specific notification.
If you book an in person appointment Monday-Thursday, you get a notification A. If you book a zoom appointment any day of the week, including Friday, you get notification B? But if you book in-person on Friday, you get notification C.
We understand the workflow you are looking to achieve, however, we don’t have the option to create a conditional to send a specific notification to be sent depending on the answers that the customer chooses. You can only customize your confirmation and reminder emails to the booker, as well as your SMS and calendar events based on information they’ve provided in the booking process.
