No Shows Notifications issue

2 instances of weird error notifications with the group coaching sessions. In both of these, the clients were No Shows, the consultants received the email and were trying to check them off as No Shows but were not able to.

  1. Project: Sunshine Contouring & Spa, LLC: 2025 Group Coaching
    Consultant said, “I had one last-minute cancellation, and one no-show (La-Kisha Houston with Sunshine Contouring & Spa). I clicked “no show” in the follow up email, but I got an error message on YouCanBookMe that said that the session was closed.”

  2. Project: Deerjen: 2025 Group Coaching - They actually scheduled 2 meetings, the first one looks like it was completed on 4/15 but then they were a No show for their second session today 4/16.
    Consultant- see email below - she said she clicked on No Show but YCBM asked her to log in, which is definitely odd.

Could you please help me resolve this issue?

@Manju I am sorry you are hitting this error. It looks like at the moment any unauthenticated Team Member trying to access any links via email are getting the closed session message. The team is investigating this at the moment. I will update here once we have more information.

Another issue is that No Show notifications are not being sent after the sessions Could you please look into this as well?

@Manju both of these issues should be resolved now. Any person accessing the links should not see the session closed banner and all notifications should be sent. If this isn’t the case, please let us know.
