Summary
2 instances of weird error notifications with the group coaching sessions. In both of these, the clients were No Shows, the consultants received the email and were trying to check them off as No Shows but were not able to.

Project: Sunshine Contouring & Spa, LLC: 2025 Group Coaching
Consultant said, “I had one last-minute cancellation, and one no-show (La-Kisha Houston with Sunshine Contouring & Spa). I clicked “no show” in the follow up email, but I got an error message on YouCanBookMe that said that the session was closed.” -
Project: Deerjen: 2025 Group Coaching - They actually scheduled 2 meetings, the first one looks like it was completed on 4/15 but then they were a No show for their second session today 4/16.
Consultant- see email below - she said she clicked on No Show but YCBM asked her to log in, which is definitely odd.
Could you please help me resolve this issue?
