Are there any options to send notifications / alerts on mobile after a booking is made? (another option than SMS alert).

At this time the only option would be to send out an SMS message. The other alert may come from the booker’s calendar synced with their device, they could get a reminder that the booking is about to happen. We do not have a way to trigger this.
