Often times with forms you give a customer a list of choices, but make the final one “other”
The best programs I have used enable the “other” choice to have a text box beside it so the user can specify. For example in my form I have a question that asks customers how they heard about us. I give them a list of 5 or so to choose from and the 6th is other. It would really be helpful if they could specify what “other” means they came to hear about us through.

Great suggestion! I will get this added to a feature request for future consideration. In the interim you can add an optional text field for the booking to explain the other choice.
