Outlook Synchronization

So I just signed up for this service. I created an account, and connected an Outlook calendar. However, I already have events booked on Outlook calendar, but the time slots are still showing up as available in YCBM.

I read other posts, and one person said he just deleted his Microsoft account and started using gmail. This is not an option for me.

We are using the cloud-based version of your Outlook calendar here: Outlook

If the busy events on your Outlook calendar are on that version of your calendar, we should see them and block off the time you’re not available for booking.
