"We can't connect to one of your calendar accounts."

My students are receiving a message that says “Sorry, we no longer have authority to access the requested calendar. The owner of this calendar can re-authorize access at https://youcanbook.me/.” I logged in and reauthorized my calendar. It seems to reintegrate just fine. When I go back to the my settings, a yellow box at the top says “We can’t connect to one of your calendar accounts.” I have tried everything but can’t seem to make any headway. Any suggestions for how to fix this? Thanks!

@kminor welcome to the Forum. I am sorry you hit an issue. I checked on your page and things may be working now. It could have just need to take some time to refresh your calendar connection. We are working on a new sync button to refresh things. The re-authorization only addresses the permission scope and doesn’t refresh calendar data.
