We have six conference rooms and need an app that to manage the conference rooms. The plan is to give our tenants log in credentials and have them book the room themselves, independent of us. Will this app work for that? Is there a limit to how many users we can have?
@Chris1 great question. You can setup a booking page that connects to six different calendars one for each room, and give this link to your tenants. They won’t need to login to anything at all. You could add a password to protect others from booking (Password Protecting your page). To setup things you can check out the teams feature: Using teams to schedule multiple resources.
