One of my employees is experiencing an issue with automated Zoom links in which her attendees are asked for a passcode. I have confirmed she has one-click join enabled and I have even added the {ZOOM-PASSWORD} to confirmation emails in hopes that might be a workaround, but even that is not working. We have 10 other people connected to this booking page, but she is the only one who is experiencing the issue. No one else’s meetings have the Enter Passcode prompt for attendees. Any ideas?
@tcpoling I appreciate your patience. Another setting might be tripping things up, with the Password for PMI (personal meeting id), if this is setup there could be an issue where it is requiring a passcode:

Thanks, Ben. I had the employee copy my settings exactly and it seems to have resolved the issue for now. I suspect it is probably due to the PMI issue you note above.
