Notification to Invite Customer to Rebook

Hello! At my production facility, we frequently have carriers that miss their pickup appointments. When I look at these missed appointments, I can resend notifications I have already sent, but it would be really awesome to have the ability to send a notification to the booker inviting them to rebook for another time since they missed the initial appointment. I think this would work well as an option to send a new notification on appointments that have been confirmed rather than just resending previous ones.

@APaprocki you can send this through to folks if they miss their time: {BOOKING-PAGE-LINK} this should create a link that your bookers can use to create a new booking and a new time. You also can explore the No Show workflow:

Back again - I am able to Rebook appointments via their booking request information, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to allow the customer to rebook using the same reference code. I looked at past posts on the Forum and one mentioned a possible shorthand code {REBOOK} or {OWNER-REBOOK} but I tried both and they didn’t seem to work. I am currently including reschedule links in my missed appointment emails, but it seems customers are not able to reschedule an appointment that was in the past.

Any suggestions here? Is there a shorthand I am missing? Or do customers just need to rebook with a brand-new appointment request?
