Are we notified if a booker does not utilize the cancel feature, but chooses to reply “CANCEL” or “STOP” which will trigger an unsubscribe and block? This has been happening because of the FCC rules.
@Confections We currently do not have a way to show unsubscribes from SMS notifications. We only will track cancellations for your bookers who click the cancel links. But this is something we will look into. I could see this being helpful to know.
If a client responds “CANCEL” or “STOP” it will send you an email with the response and blocks you from future SMS messages automatically.
