I have followed the instructions for setting up a team mutual availability booking page for 3 members of a team. All 3 users’ calendars are added in the “we’ll check your availability on” list.
When testing, time blocks in which one person is not available shows as available in YCBM. Specifically, this team member has blocked out all of September 30 on her calendar, but YCBM is showing available times on this day; there should be no available times on September 30.
Are there other settings I’m missing or other troubleshooting tactics I can use? Thank you!!
