YCBM is not reflecting my Google meetings

My YCBM is not syncing with my Google calendar. I’ve tried disconnecting, reconnecting, booking new meetings, changing availability, everything, but YCBM is just showing all times available. What’s going on?

If you are seeing available time slots on your calendar when you are already busy, the “Group Booking” feature is often the cause. Because group bookings are designed to add extra slots to the same time period, it can sometimes give the impression that the system isn’t checking your availability correctly.

You can quickly review or adjust this setting by navigating to the following area in your account:

Booking Page Settings > Additional Options > Availability Rules > Group Booking

If adjusting this doesn’t resolve the issue, ensure you’re selecting the correct calendar under the linked calendars. Please, let us know if the issue persists.
