YCBM logo started appearing in emails

Hello, after working fine for a year, today the YCBM logo has now started appearing on my booking notifications. It started with cancellation email at 06:00 this morning, now its appearing on other types of email notifications.

Its also removing my logo in settings, I have checked the box is still checked to hide the logo so would appreciate whatever has been done be undone, its confusing for the bookers.

Thank you Kate, just for reference this started this morning on 1 type of notification, at about 11:30 its happening on multiple. It removed our logo and replaces it with yours :blush:

And can I confirm that the logo is missing from your booking page as well, Gary? Or is it just the emails?

We don’t have a booking page as such, we embed the booking form into our own website.

OK thank you. I can see that now. So there was never a logo there.

If you mean in the emails, yes we had our logo inserted by code. Now, that code is removed and the YCBM logo is showing. If I add the code back it then places out logo under yours.
